Citadines Les Halles was a very good choice for us. I would definitely consider staying there in future. Location is just above Les Halles comples, so very convenient, easy to reach major tourist sites. We stayed 5 nights in Paris, and needed small kitchen/kitchenette and fridge facilities. I was travelling with my nephew who has a severe nut allergy, so we planned to eat many of our meals in the room and to store his allergy meds in the fridge. The room was perfect for this purpose. In general, our room, bathroom and common areas were clean and up to date. Paris was going through a heatwave, so glad to have AC in the room (adequate, but not very strong though). Complimentary espresso/coffee all day in lobby. Staff were super helpful. In the Les Halles shopping mall and Metro complex, there is grocery, fast food, pretty much anything you might need. There is also a decent convenience store right next to Citadines. Be sure to pick up amazing baguettes and sandwiches at the award-winning boulangerie across the street. There was no daily housekeeping, but guests can get fresh towels, slippers, etc from the linen room. Best part, there was 24 hour laundry room, which you need to download the WeWash app to use. Was perfect for us as we were midway through our 3 week European vacation and badly needed to do some laundry.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone coming from either airport because it is right on RER B. In addition, it is in the heart of a lively area with tons of restaurants and easy walking distance from the Marais, the Louvre, town hall, and just a metro stop or 15 from anything in Paris. It is not a quiet neighborhood, so you can hear street noise, but with the windows closed and the AC pumping, it is not at all a problem. I love having a fridge and a kitchenette so I don't have to leave for a meal if I want to, and the Monoprix around the corner has all the groceries you could possibly need. The new breakfast area and renovated lobby are beautiful, and the hotel will be even better when the second elevator is working again.

- Of course the location and transportation were perfect. I came here from Gare du Nord and went to the office in La Defanse everyday. Also it was quite easy to go to the Charles de Gaul Airport. Historical places like Louvre, NotreDame were also within walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Also right next to the residence, there were small supermarket as well. - The others like cozy & clean room, breakfast, facilities were good. - Staffs including (breakfast) reastaurant were all kind and nice.

We were thankful for the upgrade and truely enjoyed our room. I think it’s been newly renovated and We were impressed by the new room. The whole apartment was comfortable. As we stayed her for almost a week, we were giving a complimentary room clean in between, which was nice. We also loved that the hotel was just a stones throw from the Metro & rER line, which gets you to the different places of interested. It is also less than 5 minutes from the shops and eateries. Not to mention, Westfield Les Halles.

Good place to stay overnight between train journeys into Gare du Nord and out of Gare de Lyons. Right by Chatelet - Les Halles although a bit tricky first time to work out how to exit that station to be near the hotel! Room was fine and I hadn’t expected cooking facilities so maybe next time will make use of those. Good sized shower room and everything very clean. Nice to be able to pop down to reception area to get free coffees. Would stay again.
